The Billy Goat Chip Company is a St. Louis-based artisan chipper. The hand-prepared bags' origins were the handmade chips available at the Billy Goat Bar & Restaurant in St. Louis. The chips are made and packed individually in little brown bags, according to their website. The brand's chips are available through their online store, as well as various markets in and outside of Missouri (for example, they can be found at the Eataly in downtown Chicago).
