In my quest to learn more about potato chip history, I encountered Dirk Burhan's book Crunch!. I'll be ordering this soon and devouring it like a fine bag of originals.
There's little written on the history of potato chips out there, so I'm excited to learn more. Plus, as a Badger alumnus, I'm glad this is published by UW Press!
