Look - it's not the end of the world if this gets celebrated twice. One shouldn't have to wait until National Potato Day to send around articles that highlight things you can do with potatoes. Or news articles about spiffy ways to jazz up potatoes.
I just hope we don't run out of ideas with national potato month coming up in September.
